We stayed at a hotel with a great location, right between two bars and only steps away from the beautiful "ponta negra" beach. We were also conveniently close to a nearby supermarket. The room had a stunning view of the ocean and the sand dune called "morro do careca." The service at the concierge was efficient and helpful with organizing day trips. The breakfast offered a wide variety of local fruits and the option to order freshly made "tapioca" with coconut. The hotel had multiple pools, including a whirling pool, and two bars that made delicious cocktails.

The bathroom was small and in need of repair, with a tiny sink and loose faucet. The tub was high and difficult to step into, with a ledge that did not drain properly.

The pools, water games, and spacious rooms were great. The food, staff, and drink selection were amazing. The beach, housekeeping, and breakfast were also enjoyable.

The view of the sea was absolutely breathtaking and the locals in the area were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a romantic escape that exceeded all expectations. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a wide range of activities for families with kids, making it a great option for a family vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of swimming pools to enjoy.

the hotel was quite far from the downtown area, making it difficult to explore the city without a car. Additionally, there were limited evening activities and shows, which was a letdown.

Great Location and Complementary Services

Stayed for a city trip and the hotel had great location near the beach and tourist attractions. Also, two complementary services were offered which were a nice touch. In addition, the breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel was in poor condition with worn out furnishings and facilities. The staff was unresponsive to our requests for assistance, making our stay less enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay with 14 friends in this hotel. The location is amazing, with the beautiful beach right in front of us and stunning views of the nearby beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool complex with its multiple pools and hot tubs. The breakfast included was great, with a wide variety of tropical fruits, cakes, bread options, juices. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, always providing us with whatever we needed.

Great breakfast with a variety of food options. Loved the access to the beach and the pool with its bar service. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to various shops, restaurants, and a nice mall.

The reception desk was slow and inefficient, making the check-in process unbearable at times. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective for the hot weather, and the room was poorly illuminated.

The bungalow suite we stayed in at Ocean Palace was beautiful and well-kept. The service was attentive and the staff were kind. Despite some issues, we had a great stay overall. The kids club was big and offered lots of activities, perfect for families. The beachfront location provided stunning ocean views. The convenience of having a pizza restaurant on-site was a bonus.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a short ride to many great restaurants. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was outstanding, with a variety of fruits and cakes to choose from. this hotel provided me with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
